CDA bares dissolution of 43 coops

Davao City (20 September) -- The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) approved the dissolution of forty three (43) cooperatives in Davao City and the province of Davao del Sur.
The most common violation that paved way for its dissolution is their s failure to file the required Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements. Most of these cooperatives were found to have failed to do business.
