PNP-Iligan conducts info drive calling people to be vigilant

Cagayan de Oro City (13 October) -- P/Sr. Supt. Virgilio T. Ranes, Officer-In-Charge of the Philippine National Police (PNP) in Iligan City said that their community police relations officer currently conducts public information drive thru local radio stations in the area by appealing to the people to be vigilant at all times following the recent bomb attacks in some pats of Central Mindanao.

“It is also everyone’s concern to maintain a peaceful and orderly place to live in,” he said.

Ranes added that he has requested the different business establishments in the City to instruct their security guards to be alert always and immediately call the police if they find suspicious items left in their vicinity. (PIA 10) [top]
