Isabela local execs allow STL in

ALICIA, Isabela (13 November) -- Isabela Mayors expressed support to the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office’s (PCSO) Small Town Lottery game in their own towns.

Alicia Mayor and League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP) President said over local radio station that their association is backing STL operation which brings in ample resources to the government needed to fund priority projects of the government.

The chief executive said that the LMP-Isabela is against to any form of illegal gambling like jueteng, instead he encourage the people of Isabela to support the operation of STL.

“Let us support STL and disregard any illegal game, this STL will make the government earn from it unlike jueteng” Mayor Dy said.

He said that his colleagues have thrown their affirmation to allow STL in their respective jurisdictions. (PIA-Isabela) [top]
