PAF to recruit 600 soldiers
Dumaguete City (15 February) -- The Philippine Air Force (PAF) will conduct a nationwide airman qualifying examination and Armed Forces of the Philippines Test Battery for the recruitment of 600 candidate soldiers to compose the BMT class 2008 BRAVO.
According to Major Jojo Y. Nebres PAF, Acting Director for Personnel, applicants must be male or female, natural born citizen of the Republic of the Philippines, 18 years old but not more than 24 years old on the day of graduation (Dec 15, 2008) from basic military training.
Applicants must be single and never been married nor have legal obligation to support a child or children, physically fit and of good moral character, must have a height of at least 5'4" for male and 5'2" for females, must have accumulated at least 72 units from any government-recognized institution on or before the physical and medical examination on April 14, 2008.
Examination will be on March 2008 at 560th ABW, MBEAB, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu.
All interested qualified applicants must bring with the following initial requirements at the Office of the Director for Personnel, 560th ABW, MBEAB, Lapu-Lapu City for registration: a) two 2x2 ID pictures; b) transcript of records/certification from school registrar; and c) birth certificate (NSO copy).
Applicants with incomplete requirements will not be allowed to take the examination. (PIA) [top]
