Out of the total 3,800 hectares of affected areas, 570 incurred crop damages with an estimated cost of P27,000,000.00 and affecting 815 farmers.

Among the severely stricken CIS are situated in the municipalities of Valderrama namely Tigmamale, Valderrama, Pandanan, Boroc-boroc and Iglinab CIS and in San Remigio, Bugo, Banayan, Tubudan-Nagbangi and Agricula CIS.

Engr. Jose R.
