Three TMWPs arrested in Ifugao

Lagawe, Ifugao (25 October) -- Guided by its goal of keeping peace and order and bringing justice to victims of crimes, the police force in the different municipalities here neutralized three top most wanted persons in the province.
Documents obtained from the Provincial Police Office here state that joint elements of the PPO and the Lagawe Police Station led by PO3 Watorie Guiniling arrested Edwin Buyuccan, 38 for adultery.
Arrest was made by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Jennifer Humiding of the Municipal Trial Court of Lagawe. Buyuccan was presented to court and subsequently posted bail bond in the amount of P6,000.00 for his temporary liberty.
Members of the Alfonso Lista PS headed by Senior Inspector Emmanuel Viernes arrested Jolison Galinggala, 22, No. 9 TMWP for the crime of serious physical injuries. Suspect was documented at the PS and immediately presented to the court and subsequently committed to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) in Alfonso Lista.
Another arrest was made by personnel of Kiangan PS headed by Police Inspector Albert Carame Jr. Rafael Bobod, 45 was arrested for violation of PD 1602 or illegal gambling with P20,000.00 bail recommended. Bobod was turned over to the court for proper disposition.
Meanwhile, joint elements of Ifugao-Kalinga and Quirino PPO under Senior Inspector Noel Navan and Inspector Jaime Lucas arrested Ponciano Pataclang, 58, farmer in his residence at at Barangay Dibul, Saguday, Quirino for the crime of murder.
The said arrest was made on the strength of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Marcelino Wacas of the Regional Trial court of Bulanao, Tabuk in Kalinga. (PIA-Ifugao) [top]
