Manila (6 November) -- President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo granted yesterday conditional pardon with parole conditions to one and commutation of sentence to 13 other convicted prisoners.

Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita in his weekly press briefing said the President signed the executive clemency papers for them on Nov. 3, 2008.

Granted a conditional pardon with parole conditions was Oscar Mendes Sr., while the 13 inmates who received their commutation of sentences were:

1. Hilario Albutra y Mirasol alias Junior Pabotoy
2. Tonton Aldi y Sajidol
3. Ariel Almacin y Cereno
4. Joey Arganda y Escarez
5. Cesar Atienza y Fuertes
6. Gaudencio Bacalla y Siga
7. Juanillo Baxinela y Baylon
8. Joemar Curilan y Manlapaz
9. Warlito Dicon y Demelino
10. Jimmy Duano y Gullamer
11. Judith Parangan y Roble
12. Akmad Pasawilan y Asim
13. Sammy Pasawilan. y Asim
