Oro receives 3 multicabs from local groups, businessmen

Cagayan de Oro City (12 February) -- City Mayor Constantino G. Jaraula today thanked city councilor Alfonso Goking for his laudable initiative that made possible the donation of three units of multicabs to the city government.

Councilor Goking formally informed Mayor Jaraula about the mutlicab donation when he met and discussed with the city mayor on the matter Monday morning.

Goking told the city mayor that the three units of multicab were donated by the Filipino-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry-Misamis Oriental Chapter, Liong Tek Go Fraternity and businessmen Stephen Gaisano, Albino Limketkai and councilor Goking.

Mayor Jaraula said that the three units of multicab which are now turned over to the Roads and Traffic Administration (RTA), will definitely boost the city's traffic law enforcement operations.

Last year, Councilor Goking also made efforts for the acquisition of one unit of multicab donated to the RTA by the United Traders group. (City Information Office) [top]
