Cagayan de Oro City (29 July) -- To fill in the vacuum arising from the expiration of the term of office of its members, City Mayor Vicente "Dongkoy" Emano yesterday revamped six local boards and committees under the executive department.

The newly-reorganized executive bodies are: City Market Committee, Barangay Police Development Committee, Task Group Demolition, Cagayan de Oro River Development Authority (CORDA), Regulatory and Complaint Board for Moviehouses and Amusement Places (RCB), and Environmental Sanitation and Pollution Control Board (ESPCB).

The composition of each executive body are as follow:

City Market Committee ? chairman, CEED Manager; members ? City Administrator, City Council Economic Enterprise Committee Chair, DTI Provincial Director, City Legal Officer, City Treasurer, market vendors? representative each from Cogon, Carmen and Puerto.

Task Group Demolition ? chairman, Col. Antonio C. Montalba; members ? City Engineer, City Administrator, City Legal Officer, City Building Official, RTA Administrator, City Health Officer, CSWD Officer, barangay chairman concerned, City Council Police, Fire and Public Safety Committee Chair, CEED Manager, Estate Management Division Chief and Cagayan de Oro Fire Station Chief.

Cagayan de Oro River Development Authority ? chairman, City Councilor Adrian L. Barba; co-chair, City Councilor Emmanuel D. Abejuela; members ? City Councilor Alexander S. Dacer, City Tourism Officer, City Planning and Development Coordinator, City Engineer, Xavier University President Fr. Jose Ramon T. Villarin, DENR-10 representative, Oro River Rafters representative, Safer River, Life Saver Foundation representative and DPWH-10 representative.

Barangay Police Development Committee ? chairman, City Councilor Ramon G. Tabor; co-chair, Col. Antonio C. Montalba; vice chair, City Councilor Alexander S. Dacer; members - City Councilors Jose Pepe Abbu, Alden Bacal, Adrian Barba, Atty. Leon Gan, Committee on Police Chair, ABC President, Secretary to the Mayor, Brgy. 18 Chairman and Brgy. 27 Chairman.
