Frequently Asked Questions
How to Secure an NBI Clearance?

When I applied for NBI clearance last year for local employment, I wrote 1961 as my year of birth. This year, I am applying for employment abroad, but my birth certificate from the National Statistics Office revealed that my year of birth was 1962. What will I do when I renew my NBI Clearance ?

You will be required to fill-up a new fingerprint card. Name, Date of Birth and Place of Birth are vital information and any change thereof will be our permanent record. You will also be required to attach a copy of your birth certificate.
