NAIA IPT 3 is located right in the heart of Metro Manila, the country's cosmopolitan capital. Its road network is connected to Andrews Avenue which is accessible from the South Super Highway via Nichols Interchange and Sales St.ˇ EDSA via Tramo Road and Andrews Avenueˇ Terminal 2 and Coastal Road via Domestic Road and Andrews AvenueThe accessibility of Metro Manila's major business districts from NAIA IPT 3 makes its location quite fitting. It stands on a 65-hectare property within Villamor Air Base, which is only two kilometers away from Makati City, the country's premier business and financial zone. The historic city of Manila, also a business enclave,is merely five kilometers away. At normal traffic, motorists take 10 and 15 minutes from NAIA IPT 3 to the cities of Manila and Makati, respectively.Moreover, NAIA IPT 3 is only 10 kilometers south of Quezon City where commercial activities abound. It normally takes 30 minutes from NAIA IPT 3 to this eventful city.Also, a mere 10 kilometers and 15 minutes of travel is required to reach the city of Alabang, which boasts of promising business districts called Filinvest Corporate City and Madrigal Business Park.
