MAKATI CITY, January 30 (PIA) -- The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) has clarified the issue concerning the non-release of the results of the police entrance and promotional examinations held last October 23, 2011 due to alleged massive cheating and rescheduling of said exams on January 28, 2012
