Led by Council President Governor Edgar Chatto, the council’s executive board was tasked to decide on the details of the upcoming Provincial Blood Coordinating Council Planning Workshop which Governor Chatto has delegated his authority so as not to hold the activities of the council at the mercy of his overloaded schedule.
