Among the services offered included medical consultations, provision of free medicines and shots like tetanus toxoid immunization, Vitamin A provision, and also wound management, counseling, and health education.

Reproductive health services such as pre-natal check-up, post natal check-up, and family planning were extended too, he further said.

Aside from that, clean delivery kits for pregnant women and hygiene kits were also distributed to the victims.

Minalang said the health assistance dubbed as “Medical Mission: Handog ni RG Hataman at Gov Bombit Adiong Para sa Sendong Victims,” was provided through the support of Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) Governor Mujiv Hataman and provincial Governor Mamintal Adiong Jr.
